On October 30th Liu Hong was appointed as President and CPC Vice Secretary of DUFL at the meeting held in the Administrative Building. Authorities from CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee presented themselves at the meeting. Liu Ximing, CPC Secretary of DUFL Committee, presided the meeting.
Sun Hongwei presented The Appointment and Dismissal Document of Sun Yuhua and Liu Hong. As stipulated in the document, Sun Yuhua retired from the office and Liu Hong was appointed as the new President and Vice Secretary of CPC DUFL Committee.
Guo Ping, Deputy Director of Organization Department of CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee, delivered a speech, saying that Sun has reached her retirement age. In the meantime, he also gave a brief introduction to Liu Hong and expressed his hope for her success in her office.
Sun Yuhua made her leaving remarks and Liu Hong, the new President inaugurated to her office.
Finally, Liu Ximing made a concluding speech on behalf of the CPC DUFL Committee and its faculty.
