The Second International Education Exchange Week Kicked off

The Second International Education Exchange Week opened in theLibraryon Oct. 16th, 2017. More than forty guests from eighteen well-known universities of nine countries attended the opening ceremony.President Liu Hong other university officials were present. The ceremony was chaired by Vice President Wang Weichen.

Liu Hongstated in her opening speech thatDUFL hassigned many exchange agreements with a number of foreign universities since the First International Education Exchange Week. This year the theme was“quality and sharing”. More programs are expected to beimplemented and more educational resources are to be shared. She hoped that this exchange week would further enhance teaching andthe quality of management of DUFL.

Vice President ofOnomichi City University spoke highly of the efforts and achievements made by DUFL. The Associate Dean of the Business School ofMontclair State University hoped that bothuniversities wouldstrengthen their cooperation and create more opportunities for students.

At the end of the ceremony, officials of DUFL and foreign representatives together pushed the initiator tosymbolically startthe exchange week.

In conjunction to theEducation Exchange Week, a series of eventslinked to education would be initiated, which would help in the exchange and cooperation between DUFL and universities abroad.
