Three foreign experts from DUFL were awarded the Best Teacher Award for the year 2017 by Liaoning Provincial Government. They are Paul Gentina from Italy, Xu Xinwu from the United States and John Berg Gary from Denmark.

The awards are given to Foreign Experts for their contributions to economic construction and social development of Liaoning Province. This was the first time for 3 DUFL foreign teachers to win the provincial honorary titles at the same time.
