In order to implement the spirit of the relevant meetings and documents of the Ministry of Education and Liaoning Province on the employment and entrepreneurship of the class of 2022 and promote the employment and entrepreneurship work of the school, on the afternoon of February 24, the school held a meeting to promote the employment work in the spring semester of 2022. Wang Weichen, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, Liu Hong, President of the School, Chang Junyue, Vice President of the School, heads of relevant functional departments of the School, Secretary of the Second-level College, Dean, Secretary in Charge of Employment Work, and all graduation grade counselors attended the meeting.







At the meeting, Jing Shuiqin, director of the Admissions and Employment Office, conveyed the spirit and document requirements of the meeting related to employment work of the Ministry of Education and the Department of Education. The Faculty of English, the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of International Arts exchanged views on the development of employment work and measures to effectively promote employment work.


Vice President Chang Junyue made a report entitled "Overcoming Difficulties, Seizing Opportunities, and Making Steady Progress in Achieving Employment Goals." He affirmed the achievements in 2021, thanked the employment team for its efforts, and informed the progress of the employment work of the 2022 graduates and clarified the employment goals of the 2022 class. For the employment of graduates in 2022, he put forward three requirements, one is that there are "figures" in employment statistics; the other is that employment education has "approaches"; and the third is that the job market has "effectiveness" to steadily promote the realization of employment goals.


President Liu Hong pointed out in her speech that employment work has attracted the attention of the whole society in many aspects, is the key work of the school, and is the embodiment and symbol of the quality of talent training and teaching achievements in colleges and universities. This meeting was held at the beginning of the new semester in order to mobilize, deploy and implement early in an effort to achieve employment goals. In view of the employment work of the graduates of the class of 2022, President Liu emphasized four opinions: First, it is necessary to enhance the sense of mission and urgency, correctly understand and apply the connotation and extension of the "three guarantees" responsibility system, improve the sense of responsibility, and ensure fuller employment; second, it is necessary to enhance the awareness of expanding the open source of the post, innovate thinking, and achieve high-quality employment; third, it is necessary to enhance service and guidance, and improve the level of accurate policies; fourth, it is necessary to implement various measures to promote employment and ensure that the employment work is solid and effective.
