Han college held an online sharing meeting on the employment experience of outstanding graduates
In order to further strengthen the employment awareness of the class of 2022 graduates, help students find the direction of employment as soon as possible, and improve their job search and interview capabilities, on April 26th, Han College held an online sharing meeting on the employment experience of outstanding graduates. Party and government leaders, counselors, members of the leading group for employment work and all students of Han College attended the meeting, and four alumni, Xue Kaijie, Gao Dianwei, Zhao Xinyue and Ma Yongyue, respectively, shared their experiences from their own growth, practical ability improvement, interview skills and other aspects. The meeting was presided over by President Chen Zijiao.
Xue Kaijie, a 2021 master's degree graduate majoring in Chinese international education, is now working in the Youth League Committee of Dalian University of Science and Technology. She believes that the work experience of the student union during the undergraduate period and the social part-time job at the master's level have laid a good foundation for being competent for the current student work of the Youth League Committee. Combined with her own experience in interviewing, she shared interview skills and some effective job search channels with the students. And I am proud to be able to shine in my current job and illuminate the way forward for young people.
Gao Dianwei, a 2021 graduate of Chinese Language and Literature, is now working at Beijing Xiaochuan Technology Co., Ltd. He used vivid language to tell his career journey of job hunting, emphasized the necessity of internship experience for personal growth and job search, and suggested that everyone clarify the purpose of internship as soon as possible, learn more and summarize more on the job. He also shared with you the focus topics of the workplace such as how to "understand society at the lowest cost", "what needs to be paid attention to job hopping", and "which is better or worse for large companies and small companies".
Zhao Xinyue, a graduate of the class of 2019 majoring in Chinese international education, is now working in Guanglianda Technology Co., Ltd. She identified her post-undergraduate employment options early on, and with her experience and ability to exercise in the student union during her time at the school, she found ideal jobs across industries. After joining the company, she won the company's sales legend award and served as a department management manager the following year. She emphasized the meaning of faith and hard work, believing that "there is no road pointless in life, and every step counts"
Ma Yongyue, a graduate of the class of 2019 majoring in Chinese International Education, is now the human resources business partner (HRBP) of Bloomage Biotechnology Co., Ltd., starting from her own work, analyzed the underlying logic of the company's operation, and suggested that students benchmark the actual positions in the workplace and strive to improve soft and hard power. Ma Yongyue also left his own contact information for this year's graduates, and gave selfless guidance for the resume writing and workplace positioning for the students
In his concluding speech, Secretary Sun Mingcai expressed his gratitude to the outstanding graduates who participated in the sharing, and pointed out that the experience and suggestions of the seniors are valuable assets on the road to job hunting, and their excellent qualities of diligence, optimism and selflessness are the inexhaustible driving force for success. It is hoped that this year's graduates will build confidence, improve their job interview skills, actively strive for opportunities, and move forward steadily on the road of career development in the future.
