Our school achieved a historic record in the 8th "Internet +" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Liaoning Province
Recently, jointly sponsored by the Department of Education of Liaoning Province and the Department of Finance of Liaoning Province, and undertaken by Shenyang University of Technology, the 8th "Internet +" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Liaoning Province came to an end, and our school won 3 gold, 6 silver and 7 bronze, and the quality and quantity of awards were the best results in history.
Since the launch of the "Internet +" competition in April, the school leaders have attached great importance to the establishment of the school-level competition organizing committee, with President Liu Hong as the director, Vice President Chang Junyue as the deputy director, and held the "Internet +" competition special ability improvement training camp and the provincial special training camp. The School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the Academic Affairs Office, the Graduate School, and the second-level colleges cooperated, and the students actively participated, and 3788 students formed 785 project teams to register for the competition, and the number of participants and projects reached a new high, and the number of participating projects increased by 149% compared with 2021.
After fair, impartial and open selection in the school competition, 16 project teams stood out and were shortlisted for the provincial competition, including 9 main track projects of higher education, 5 track projects of "Youth Red Dream Building Tour", and 2 projects of industrial proposition track. Through the online review of the competition expert group, 6 projects of our school were successfully shortlisted for the provincial competition finals. After fierce competition, the "Wen Yi Zai Chuang" of the team of Wang Chunxiao of the Software Academy - to create the first platform for young cultural and creative designers, the "salary voice" plan of the Zhao Lanlan team of the Japanese Language Institute - let rural children hear the world, the "budding beauty education" of the team of Chen Ruiqi of the International Academy of Arts - lighting up the dreams of rural children won the gold award, and Ning Chuanfeng and Li Shaohua won the title of excellent guidance teacher.
The "Internet +" competition is the most widely participating, covering the most complete universities, the largest number of participating teams, the highest level of participation, the greatest influence of college students innovation and entrepreneurship event, focusing on the goal of "more international, more educational, more comprehensive, more innovative, more Chinese", focusing on the "five education" innovation and entrepreneurship education practice, has become an important platform for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and promoting the comprehensive development of college students.
