In order to promote the full employment of 2023 graduates, the European Language Institute and Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. held an employment forum in the meeting room on the 6th floor of Zhili Building on the afternoon of March 9th. Zang Lei, HR recruitment manager of Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. had a discussion with Luan Hua, Party Branch Secretary of our college, Shi Lin, organizer, Shao Yuting and Wang Jingye, counselors.

At the meeting, Mr. Luan introduced the discipline construction, school-running characteristics and the graduates of 2023, and asked for comments and feedback on the quality and program of talent training of the college. Manager Zang introduced the situation of Yutong Group, industry development, employee welfare, minority language recruitment needs, training programs for fresh graduates and other aspects. The two sides also carried out in-depth exchanges on university-enterprise cooperation such as internship and training bases.

The symposium promoted further understanding between the two sides, provided an opportunity to broaden the cooperation channels between the university and enterprise in the future, and created internship and employment base, and won more internship and employment positions for graduates.

In the next step, the European Institute of Languages and Languages will continue to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, connect supply and demand, combine the development situation of relevant industries and the recruitment needs of enterprises, make precise layout in recruitment activities, employment services, career planning and other aspects, and do its best to protect the high-quality employment of graduates, build a long-term mechanism for employment education, and promote the full and high-quality employment of graduates.
