During the discussion, Zong Nan spoke highly of the training quality of the college's graduates, and introduced the company's development history, organizational structure and demand for Spanish professionals, hoping to deepen cooperation with the college. In the afternoon, the group came to Dalian Puwan New District, and had a discussion with Elena, Sales director, Sun Yongling, HR manager, and Fan Yepeng, regional sales manager, in Fulma Hongkai (Dalian) Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. During the discussion, Fan introduced in detail the company's general situation, international production and management, and the need for foreign language talents. Sun Yongling highly affirmed the achievements of the college in talent training, and said that according to the development needs of the company, it is expected that more foreign language talents with science and engineering foundation will join the company in the future, and help the company build a bridge of efficient communication with the headquarters. Luan Hua thanked the company for its recognition, and introduced the general situation of the school and the college, saying that the college will constantly adjust the talent training program according to the feedback of employers, strive to improve the quality of talent training, and contribute wisdom and strength to the development of local enterprises in Dalian.
