Our University Holds Coordination Meeting for 2025 Graduates' Departure

On June 5, the coordination meeting for the departure of the 2025 graduating class was held in Room 601 of Chengzhi Building. Deputy Party Secretary Su Jian attended the meeting to deliver work arrangements, alongside heads of relevant functional departments, college student affairs leaders, and graduating class counselors.



During the meeting, representatives from the Student Affairs Office and Graduate School outlined key tasks and critical procedures for undergraduate and postgraduate students prior to their departure.


Deputy Secretary Su Jian emphasized five requirements for the departure process:


Enhance awareness and meticulous organization: Integrate integrity education into departure activities, while strengthening patriotism, campus pride, and employment support.


2. Prioritize people-oriented services: Streamline procedures to create a warm and orderly campus atmosphere.


3. Safeguard security: Identify potential risks and provide targeted assistance to vulnerable groups.


4. Strengthen collaboration: Clarify responsibilities to ensure seamless transitions, enabling graduates to depart safely and cordially, carrying the university’s warmth into their next chapter.


5. Uphold discipline and integrity: Advance all tasks with a strong sense of Party spirit and work ethic.
